Welcome to Event Pros NW, a division of TCB Management Group, INC, where our journey began amidst the vibrant tapestry of Oregon fairs and festivals in 1996. Originally rooted in providing event-related equipment, sound, and lighting services, our evolution took an unexpected turn when we recognized a significant gap in the industry – a scarcity of top-notch event staffing and security services in the state.

Responding to the needs of our valued clients, who had come to appreciate the quality of our services, we embarked on a new venture in 2000, expanding into the event staffing realm. Starting with a modest team of event security officers, our growth was swift, propelling us to secure larger events across the region. In a pivotal move in 2008, we redirected our focus, selling our event rental, sound, and lighting company to concentrate exclusively on elevating the standards of security and staffing services.

By 2019, TCB boasted a formidable team of over 400 professionals, serving events ranging from intimate gatherings of 25 guests to massive spectacles with over 500,000 attendees. Our privilege extends beyond local events, reaching regional and national stages.

Throughout our years of expansion, TCB has remained unwavering in our commitment to quality. Our goal has never been to be the biggest in the business, but unequivocally, the best. Grounded in the understanding that our industry is fundamentally about people, we relentlessly pursue individuals dedicated to fostering positive guest experiences, ensuring safety, and infusing events with a sense of joy.
