Each shift is a minimum of 4 hours and all event staff are to clock in and out for each event. Group members will not always be deployed to the same location or supervisor at an event.
Ushering: the position will include assisting guests with seating needs and questions. You will check for tickets and direct guests to their correct seasons or to areas of need.
Ticket Taker: the position includes greeting guests as they enter the venue, checking tickets for valid entry dates, times, and events, and directing guests to their seating areas.
Bag Checker: the position includes being proactive in keeping the venue safe while inspecting guest bags and personal items.
Parking: the position includes assisting guests with the policies and procedures in the parking lots during events, including selling tickets and directing cars to park.
