Positions

Each shift is a minimum of 4 hours and all event staff are to clock in and out for each event. Group members will not always be deployed to the same location or supervisor at an event.​ 

  • Ushering: the position will include assisting guests with seating needs and questions. You will check for tickets and direct guests to their correct seasons or to areas of need.
     

  • Ticket Taker: the position includes greeting guests as they enter the venue, checking tickets for valid entry dates, times, and events, and directing guests to their seating areas.
     

  • Bag Checker: the position includes being proactive in keeping the venue safe while inspecting guest bags and personal items. 
     

  • Parking: the position includes assisting guests with the policies and procedures in the parking lots during events, including selling tickets and directing cars to park.
