Mike Goff – Lifelong Event Professional & Operations Strategist

Mike Goff has been immersed in the event industry since 1996 — starting at the age of 13 and growing his passion into a full-time profession and thriving business. What began as helping out at local fairs and festivals has evolved into nearly three decades of hands-on experience managing large-scale events, security operations, staffing, parking logistics, and guest services.

As the founder of TCB Management Group, Mike leads a team that supports some of Oregon’s most well-known events, including the Oregon State Fair and Portland Rose Festival, US Olympic Trials & More.  His expertise spans all aspects of event logistics — from front gate operations and ticketing systems to crowd management, emergency planning, and behind-the-scenes coordination.

Mike is known for his calm, solutions-first approach, and for bringing professionalism and polish to even the most hectic event environments. His background blends deep operational knowledge with a customer-service mindset — believing every staff member, from security to parking, is part of the guest experience.

With decades of boots-on-the-ground experience and a passion for evolving best practices, Mike continues to help events run smoother, safer, and more successfully.
